This customer came to us with a challenging project requiring expertise in both power distribution and process equipment installations.
The power distribution consisted of extensive cable tray systems and complex tray cable installations of up to 500MCM in size. Routing cable trays at +30’ elevations to avoid interferences while allowing safe tray cable installation required careful planning and execution. The process equipment installations included multiple phases of machinery with over 8000 control cables. Each phase of the installation required accuracy in cable terminations to make for an accurate start up and commissioning into production.
To ensure a successful installation, we presented a clear plan for each phase of the project, with a detailed organizational chart designating how responsibilities would be distributed within the site management team. That initial effort built trust on both sides, and led to a smooth project.
