Michelle has nearly three decades of experience at Hill Electric, joining the company in 1993 in the Accounts Payable department. During this time, she has been promoted to Controller where she oversees all key accounting functions. In her long tenure, she has been instrumental in many key initiatives, including implementing the Sage Timberline accounting system and transitioning from paper to digital. Michelle has a BA in Business Administration from Anderson University and graduated Cum Laude. When not working, Michelle enjoys traveling and spending time at the lake with her family.
