We asked Peak Safety’s President, David Lynn, about the key takeaways from partnering with Hill Electric and how our relationship has positively impacted their business.
What was life like before partnering with Hill Electric? What pains were you experiencing?
We started our safety consulting business, Peak Safety Performance, in 2015 with Hill Electric being one of our first customers. Since 2015, we have been able to provide safety staffing and training for Hill Electric on a consistent basis. We appreciate the consistent business and commitment to safety of the last 7 years.
What made you choose Hill Electric?
Hill Electric is a key provider in the same market that we service and have been a consistent customer committed to keeping their employees safe. We help Hill Electric and our other customers build successful safety cultures.
What has surprised you most about the experience?
There are no real surprises. We are like-minded companies dedicated to keeping people safe.
What was your favorite part about working with Hill Electric? What efforts did you find most impactful/successful in reaching your goal(s)?
We really enjoyed providing full time onsite safety support for the Borgwarner plant project. It was a privilege to participate in such an important job, rebuilding the industrial plant after severe damage from a tornado in 2020.
