At Hill Electric, our partnerships with other companies in the mechanical and construction industries are vital to our long-term success and growth. One of those partners, Trades Industrial Company, Inc (TICI), has been working with us for 30 years. TICI is a single-source contractor performing and managing complex mechanical and industrial general construction services. They also offer plan maintenance, plant equipment relocation, machinery installation, process piping, HVAC systems and specialty fabrication.

Hill partners with TICI on many projects, specifically in industrial process equipment installation. We spoke with Tracy Rhodes, the Chief Executive Officer of Trades Industrial Company, Inc., to highlight Hill and TICI’s decades-long relationship.

Why do you like partnering with Hill?

The team members develop a clear understanding of the scope, schedule, and the plan to execute the project safely and within the parameters provided by the customer.
